Membership makes you part of a community of artists who create with clay using pottery wheels, slab rollers, extruders, hand-building tables & tools.  Members are responsible, conscientious people who work together to run a safe , clean clay studio.

A pottery class is required before using the pottery studio. You'll learn where everything is, how to clean up, where to put your work for the different stages, what to do to keep the clay recycle system in good condition. You'll learn about the different work zones and what activities are permitted in those zones.  A membership
gives you access to the potter's wheels and hand-building areas in the studio during open hours.

Clay Art Space offers individual passes with "AutoPay" options.
Kids under the age of 12 are not recommended in the studio, but they are welcome to paint pre-made pottery up front with a parent or legal guardian present in the room with them at all times, or sign up for a summer weekly class.

Kids between the ages of 12 and 17 may be added to a parents' adult pass purchase for the price of $30 per month.  One kid per adult pass. Kids must be supervised at all times while in the studio.

Studio membership & punch cards allow unlimited use of the facility during open hours. Scheduled workshops, rental tools, materials, clay, glazes & kiln firings are not included in the price of the membership or punch cards.

A member can bring a friend with them when they buy a Day-Pass ($25)or pay by the hour. The member is fully responsible for use and cleaning of the studio for their friend. Friends must sign a liability waiver upon entrance and sign in/out at the front desk. They can buy clay too.

Please find the Class Schedule and pick a month that works for you to attend.
Items on this page will need to be purchased separately from each other.
Please proceed to the checkout after selecting an item.

Pottery Studio passes are non-transferable, and pass purchases are non-refundable.

iIf you are not sure about getting a long-term membership or are not sure how much time you will need in the studio after taking one of our month long classes, then the Clay Art Space punch card is the answer! Ten-visit punch cards may be purchased for day pass entry only (not for use during class times or other workshops). A punch card allows you to work in the studio independently when you are ready to graduate from our classes. Materials are purchased separately. Kiln firings and glazes are extra, as needed. When you buy a $280 punch card you get a basic set of tools worth $55 for $50. A month long pottery class is required prior to using the punch card. See the posted schedule for monthly classes. Punch cards are a way to use the studio after learning what you need from taking a class. To keep your new knowledge sharp, plan to use the punch card right away by visiting the studio at least weekly, if not more. If the punch card is not used within 2 months after purchase, you will need to take a refresher class before getting back into the studio.
